We are a custom plush toy manufacturer based in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, in operation since 2006. Our 8,000 m² facility integrates design, sampling, production, and quality control under one roof.
Facilities and Equipment
Our equipment includes CNC embroidery machines, heat-transfer printing systems, cutting machines, and computerized sewing machines. Over 150 employees work on production lines organized for maximum efficiency, helping to reduce costs and ensure timely delivery.
Comprehensive Quality Control
Every batch undergoes rigorous checks: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). This includes tensile and safety testing to ensure compliance with EN71, CE, ASTM F963, and CPSIA standards.
